And the hits just keep on coming…

In this world where else can you find a group of people that enjoy the oldies music? Just about any place in the United States, and yet it seems that oldies stations are falling to the wayside along the same path as that of the Dinosaur and it is a shame.

I grew up listening to music from the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s; and while music can influence a generation it can sure have a positive effect on one person. And well it had a profound impact on me over the years, cheered me up when I’m down, and would bring a tear to my eyes with a single song. But no matter how it will influence one; music can influence emotions.

Even today’s music will do this, influence people. But unfortunately it can also lead to violence and sometime’s to the most horrifying end. With Rap music becoming more and more violent the music industry I believe must come to its senses and call for Rap Artists to stop making such violent rap music.

Can the industry come together to make that happen? Or will the so called music artists of rap (crap) walk taller and carry an even bigger stick to say to the industry no way?

Only time will tell…
